第一次接觸Landslide這首歌是由一位個案分享，藉由這首歌，他講述了自己正面對人生「山崩」時的心境。藉由歌詞分析與討論，Landslide這首歌可以引發個案省思面對人生岔路或重大改變時的心情與感受、阻礙重大決定的潛在原因、個案對改變後的展望或憂慮、由不同角度看待時間的流逝與人生的無常...等等主題。面對因變故而充滿不確定的未來，治療師無法為個案做決定，但可以引導與陪伴個案探索自己所重視的事物，與前行的方向。
I first heard the song from a client. Through the songs, he shared the “ landslide” that he is facing in his life, and his state of mind while walking through it. This song can give chances to individuals to reflect their emotions when encountering choosing life paths or making challenging adjustments, analyze potential reasons of undetermined minds, recognize the visions or worries after changes, offer different points of view for elapsed time and uncertainty of life, etc. As a therapist, we can’t make any decision for the clients for their uncertain future due to unforeseen events, but we can guide and accompany our clients to explore what they cherish and the future steps.
